Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities for UAV equipment, drone components, batteries, sensors, tools, and technical materials.
• Arrange local transportation, courier services, and international shipments when required.
• Support import/export processes, customs documentation, and shipment clearance activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams for timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for drones, spare parts, accessories, consumables, and project assets.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or urgent replenishment requirements.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and proactively resolve delays or logistics issues.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documents including delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, shipment records, and asset movement logs.
• Support mobilization and demobilization of equipment for field operations and project sites.
• Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, transport providers, and external service companies.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of sensitive or valuable technical equipment.
• Maintain organized storage areas and support warehouse discipline when required.
• Provide regular logistics updates and status reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• **1–3 years of experience**
• in logistics, supply chain, warehouse coordination, operations support, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures in the UAE is preferred.
• Experience handling technical, sensitive, or valuable equipment is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in aviation, technical services, engineering, or project-based environments.
• Basic knowledge of UAV/drone equipment and accessories.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good vendor coordination and cost-awareness mindset.
