Qualifications

  • Candidate Requirements • Previous working experience as a Logistics Coordinator preferable • Additional experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus • Familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and standards • Outstanding organizational skills • Good time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritise and multi-task

Responsibilities

  • Daily review of crew requirements covering off short term requirements and forward planning to cater for all holiday, long term sick, fluctuation in manning requirements etc
  • Manage and support all systems from Vantage / Centic App / Excel tracking documents
  • Action all calls to note all absence / provide cover and update HR / Payroll
  • Provide support to Operations Mangers on daily requirements
  • Interface with Client representatives to obtain flight information
  • Support on-call out of hours service on a rotational basis
