What You'll Do

• Process outbound shipment paperwork (BOL's) Verify shipping documents, packing slips, bills of lading, and carrier information Track shipments and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders Enter and maintain shipping, receiving, and transportation data - Ship Log Create and distribute shipping documents, labels, and reports File and organize logistics records in accordance with company procedures Communicate with carriers and internal departments regarding shipment status and delivery schedules Ensure all shipping documentation complies with customer and regulatory requirements Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information What You'll Need Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving processes Basic knowledge of accounting procedures Experience with ERP systems is preferred - SAP Strong attention to detail.
