This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, combining onsite leadership responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Set and track organizational objectives, lead cross-functional teams, and manage budgets and resources.
- Drive process improvements across the business and represent the company with key partners and stakeholders.
- Negotiate major contracts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Mentor managers and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Provide regular performance and financial reports to senior leadership or the board.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including guiding cross-functional teams and developing talent.
- Strategic planning and business management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and manage change.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and decision-making skills in complex or ambiguous situations.
- Comfort with hybrid work and ability to coordinate across onsite and remote settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is an advantage.
- Prior senior leadership or director-level experience is requested, preferably in a similar industry or regional context.
