Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to manage our end-to-end supply chain documentation and coordination.
This role offers the opportunity to work within the prestigious Toyota and CFAO framework, ensuring that mobility solutions reach those who need them most through precision and reliable execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle comprehensive Import/Export and Bank documentation in strict accordance with Letter of Credit (LC)
requirements

- Execute the full lifecycle of Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Shipment Advise, and Invoicing for a global customer base.
- Coordinate daily operations with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless transit.
- Prepare accurate purchase/sales summaries and detailed weekly reports on pending orders for management review.
- Proactively maintain and update knowledge regarding local and destination customs regulations to ensure 100% compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional experience in international logistics.
- Proven expertise in handling Import/Export and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
- Proficiency in Oracle-based ERP systems.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong understanding of international trade compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a fast-paced trading environment.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics ERP software.
