The role supports maintenance, development, implementation, and management of EDI systems.
Work includes customer support, workflow design, EDI mapping, system integration, and programming across the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Translate business and customer requirements into EDI solutions; design workflows, mappings, and interfaces.
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external applications and support EDI VAN and AS2 data exchange.
- Communicate with customers and trading partners about requirements, implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot transmission, mapping, integration, and application issues.
- Perform coding, testing, implementation, and documentation; work with ERP systems such as SAP and associated databases.
- Create and maintain software design and engineering documentation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of EDI system development, including at least one year developing or maintaining systems with TIE Commerce eVision EDI software.
- AS2 experience and knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, key algorithms, digital signatures, and data encryption/decryption.
- Experience with EDI VANs and application interfaces; ERP experience, particularly SAP.
- Experience with Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server and multiple operating systems, including Windows and UNIX.
- Korean is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented; able to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, manage competing tasks and deadlines, and learn new technologies and processes.
Compensation
- Approximate pay is $6,800 per month, depending on experience.
Contract period
- The contract period is one year and is renewable.
