Job Description
The IT Project Manager plans and manages established technology initiatives within scope, schedule, and budget.
The role serves as the lead subject matter expert for technology concerns and improves project planning and resource management.
The role acts as a liaison between business and technical aspects of assigned enterprise IT projects.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Oversee project tasks and coordinate tracking, scheduling, and ad hoc projects.
- Generate project scope, objectives, requirements, schedules, status documentation, reports, and charts.
- Define infrastructure project scope, deliverables, stakeholders, and high-level plans.
- Schedule meetings and provide periodic project status reports to stakeholders.
Delivery and Analysis
- Develop milestones and schedules and track project costs, design, development, and testing progress.
- Document and track project issues and risks and communicate status to management.
- Gather requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.
- Analyze supply chain, sales, or logistics processes related to e-commerce systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management or a related technical field is required.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
- Enterprise-level IT project management experience is required.
- Strong time management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and accountability skills.
- Korean and English bilingual ability is required.
- Experience with large-scale global IT projects is preferred.
