**Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE
Job Description
1 Documentation : Preparing Sales Order, Purchase Order, Sales invoice (in Word/excel) using company template
2 Attending to daily mails and informing supervisor timely for response
3 Attending calls and informing supervisor
4 Receiving Documents / reviewing documents / stamping and authorising (as required) and sending back the docs
5 Office Maintenance , Filing, Keeping Soft copies of company docs, paying DEWA bills/ Telephone bills etc
6 Maintaining inventory records and stock levels
7 Liaising with promoters
Must be ready to join Immediately.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE**.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
