Local Business Manager - Basildon

Salary: £33,664.19 - £35,000 per annum

Location: South Essex

Contract: Permanent Full-Time, 37 hours per week

Shifts: 9 to 5 Monday to Friday some weekends/on call rota

ECL are seeking a Local Business Manager to motivate, support and lead within the South Essex Team

The role will require management and leadership skills to enable you and your team to deliver emerging strategies In South Essex

You will be responsible for giving direction to employees and volunteers, daily coordination, and development of the services through influencing key stakeholders, with a strong focus on choice and control for customers.

To To succeed in this role, you need:

To have previous experience of managing and leading a team

Previous experience of working in health or social care setting

A proven track record of budget management in order to deliver a cost-effective service and maximise income opportunities

To work flexibly and collaboratively across structural boundaries

To be aware of the market dynamics and emerging opportunities and work collaboratively

To be friendly, approachable, supportive and adaptable to change

To have a full driving licence and access to a car
