About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Operate underground loaders (LHDs) safely and efficiently
• Muck development and production headings
• Transport and manage ore and waste material underground
• Conduct pre-start inspections and equipment checks
• Maintain production targets while adhering to safety standards
• Identify and report hazards, incidents and equipment defects
• Work collaboratively with mining crews and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with site procedures and operational requirements
• Maintain high housekeeping and operational standards
• As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of underground load haul dump (LHD) equipment to support mine development and production activities. Working as part of a high-performing underground mining team, you will play a critical role in maintaining productivity while upholding Redpath's commitment to safety and operational excellence.
