Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Listing Agent to join our real estate team.

The Listing Agent is responsible for representing sellers, marketing properties, securing listings, and negotiating sales to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset..

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Prospect and secure new property listings through networking, referrals, and lead generation
  • Conduct listing presentations and advise sellers on pricing, staging, and market conditions
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, including MLS listings, online advertising, social media, and open houses
  • Coordinate professional photography, videography, and property showings
  • Manage all aspects of listings from contract to closing
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of sellers
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local, state, and brokerage regulations
  • Provide regular updates and market feedback to clients
  • Collaborate with buyers’ agents, transaction coordinators, and other team members

Requirements

  • Active real estate license in good standing
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or strong sales background
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, property listing platforms, and MS Office.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
