Line Cook - Multi Cuisine

Overview

• ***Role Description:**
• We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team.
• The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure.
• ***Responsibilities:**
• Should be able to independently cook all International cuisines including cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Setting up cook stations and stocking them with the necessary prep supplies.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• ***Requirements:**
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the respective position is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
