Line 8 Packaging Operator (3rd Shift)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree or certification
• Experience operating packaging equipment
• Familiarity with systems such as JDA / Blue Yonder, Wonderware, or Weever
• Experience in food manufacturing or a regulated production environment
• What will be your Key Responsibilities?
• Operate and monitor sachet packaging equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
• Maintain sanitation standards within the production area
• Perform product changeovers accurately and efficiently
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and adjustments to minimize downtime
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks
• Accurately complete required production and quality checks
• Coordinate trailer changes and material flow as needed
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Proficient in performing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure safe operation and maintenance of all equipment
• Any ad hoc requests
