Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely to transport staff members as needed.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and regulatory compliance.
- Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean, organized, and well maintained.
- Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies to ensure passenger safety.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize routes to support staff schedules efficiently.
- Provide timely updates to dispatchers and management about delays, issues, or route changes.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Prior experience as a driver or in a similar role involving staff transportation.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional road networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
