Job Summary
Oxygen Home Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to lead our home care team.
The ideal candidate must possess a valid DHA license and have a strong background in homecare, with ICU experience.
Proficiency in Tagalog is preferred to ensure effective communication with our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Supervise nursing staff and assist in training and development.
- Administer medications and treatment as prescribed, ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans and patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff in a home care setting.
Qualifications
- Current DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license.
- Minimum of 1 year homecare experience.
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in
Tagalog
- is preferred for effective patient interaction.
- Basic Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
