Guest and bar service
- Take ownership of guest service beyond the bar itself.
- Keep the bar looking and functioning flawlessly.
- Build hotel and community relationships to anticipate and deliver on guest needs.
- Pay attention to cash handling, guest information, and drink quality.
Preferred qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is specified.
Work demands and conduct
- The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and hands-on movement, including lifting or carrying objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Follow policies and procedures, support workplace safety, protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and present a professional appearance.
