With five acres of fun-filled attractions, including a sensational waterpark, private beach, retail area, a beach club, and numerous fine dining and casual restaurants, Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North is the ultimate multi-inclusive vacation destination.
This position is responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers to deliver an excellent guest experience while ensuring swimmers are adhering to waterpark rules and regulations.
Supervise and ensure the safety of swimmers.
Rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer first aid.
Inspect facilities for cleanliness; complete general pool cleaning and maintenance duties at regular points throughout the shift.
Ensure swimmers follow safe swimming practices; enforce and adhere to pool rules and regulations.
Follow emergency action plans and procedures when required.
Attend and participate in regular training sessions to maintain and enhance lifeguard skills, with a focus on shallow water safety.
