Overview

Prepare, season, and cook various types of kebabs, including doner, shish, adana, and kofta.

Operate and manage vertical rotisserie grills (doner machines) and open grills/skewers.

Ensure meat is properly marinated using authentic recipes and spice blends.

Slice doner meat with precision during service to maintain speed and quality.

Prepare accompaniments such as salads, sauces, flatbreads, and sides.

Monitor food portions and presentation for consistency and customer satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.

Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP or equivalent).

Manage inventory levels and communicate ordering needs to kitchen management.

Work effectively in a team, supporting kitchen staff during peak hours.
