About the Department

Minimum Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED and at least six (6) months of lifeguard experience and must be lifeguard and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certified. NOTE: Qualifying education, training, and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job will be considered.

Other Qualifications

• The incumbent will be expected to maintain lifeguard and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certifications after hire.
