Role Overview
As a Lifeguard, you will ensure the safety of pool guests while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality through memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, respond promptly to requests, and resolve issues in a friendly, efficient manner.
- Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices.
- Respond to emergencies in line with the emergency action plan, providing rescue or first aid when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards for guest and team member wellbeing.
