Life Sciences Program Manager/Program Executive

Role overview

Program governance and delivery

• Own delivery of complex Life Sciences transformation programs with scopes of $10 million or more.
• Lead executive steering committees and maintain customer C-suite, sponsor, and IT relationships.
• Define program strategy, governance, delivery methods, and customer-aligned success measures.
• Manage P&L, contract commitments, revenue forecasts, earned value, and delivery margins.

AI and operational transformation

• Embed AI productivity tools and agentic workflows into delivery operations.
• Guide adoption of Agentforce and Life Sciences platform capabilities for field engagement, commercial operations, and clinical workflows.
• Align IT strategy, business processes, and governance to achieve measurable business impact.

Team leadership and risk

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and partner resources across global regions without direct positional authority.
• Coordinate across Salesforce Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support.
• Create reusable delivery frameworks and operational best practices.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and partner with Sales and Account Teams on expansion opportunities.

Required qualifications

• 12 or more years in professional services or management consulting delivery with enterprise execution and financial accountability.
• At least 5 years of direct Life Sciences experience, with understanding of commercial, operational, or regulatory priorities.
• Track record leading complex enterprise programs of $10 million or more through operational readiness.
• Hands-on use of AI productivity tools, automation, or modern software tools in program delivery.
• Experience with program P&L, earned value, revenue forecasting, delivery margins, and cross-functional teams.
• Executive communication and steering committee facilitation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Hands-on implementation experience with enterprise AI platforms or autonomous agentic workflows is preferred.
