Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Licensed Therapist.

The therapist will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via secure telehealth platforms, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring client progress, and adjusting interventions based on client needs and goals.

The therapist will collaborate with other providers as needed, participate in case consultations or supervision, and adhere to all professional, legal, and ethical standards.

The role may also involve occasional crisis intervention, care coordination, and contributing to program development or quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist) in the relevant state(s) of practice.
  • Demonstrated experience providing individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches).
  • Strong clinical assessment skills, including risk assessment, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning.
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and basic digital communication tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and client-centered communication.
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and trauma-informed care for clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a part-time caseload, and maintain appropriate boundaries and time management.
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or telehealth settings is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and training as required.
