Join CEVA Logistics' Ground & Rail Finance team as a Data Analyst Apprentice and work toward a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship.

Work with Finance and Data colleagues to support BI dashboards, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities.
Use raw data from systems including SAP and JDE to provide accurate, reliable information to stakeholders across North-West Europe.
Responsibilities
- Produce financial reporting and BI for the North-West Europe Finance team.
- Prepare monthly data extracts accurately and submit them within agreed deadlines.
- Support development and production of subcontractor spend BI.
- Provide reconciliation and reporting support to Business Partners and Financial Controllers, identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and help stakeholders access the information they need.
Candidate profile
- Genuine interest in data analysis, Business Intelligence, and working with data.
- Some steps toward developing data knowledge or experience through education, work, or independent learning.
- Good Excel skills and confidence using the software.
- Logical and analytical, with a structured approach to problem-solving and interest in improving business performance through data.
- Able to present information and explain findings clearly.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication; comfortable working with stakeholders and building relationships.
- The apprenticeship is designed to develop data skills; years of experience are not required.
