**Global Tax Assistant** is hiring a **Legal Specialist** to support company operations and manage corporate client cases in the UAE.
We are looking for a qualified lawyer who is strong in UAE corporate law, company formation, and is ready to handle or develop expertise in UAE taxation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Law & Setup: Handle end-to-end company formation and restructuring in the UAE (Mainland and Free Zones).
- Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and amend commercial contracts, Memorandums of Association (MOA), resolutions, and legal correspondence.
- Tax & Compliance Support: Assist the team with client onboarding for Corporate Tax and VAT registrations, ensuring basic compliance and regulatory standards are met.
- Government & Bank Liaison: Coordinate directly with UAE authorities (DED, MOHRE, GDRFA) and manage corporate bank account opening processes for clients.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of legal experience in the UAE (corporate services, legal consulting, or corporate administration).
- Tax Competency: Good understanding of the UAE Corporate Tax system/VAT, or a strong legal background with a clear willingness to quickly adapt to tax law.
- Languages: Fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic are strictly required (Russian is a strong advantage).
- Skills: Solid drafting skills, understanding of UAE corporate procedures, and ability to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Work Format
Primarily remote, with occasional in-person tasks in Dubai as required (government visits, bank appointments, or document submissions).
Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
