Overview
Global Tax Assistant is hiring a Legal Specialist / PRO to support company operations in the UAE.
The role involves handling legal administrative processes, government procedures, and client support related to business setup and residency matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Company formation in the UAE (mainland and free zones)
- Handling residency visa applications (various types)
- Assisting clients with medical examinations and biometrics submission
- Liaising with banks for corporate account opening
- Communication with UAE government authorities and processing documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and administrative procedures
- Proven experience in PRO functions
- English proficiency is required
- Russian and/or Arabic is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license
Work Format
Primarily remote, with occasional in-person tasks in Dubai as required (e.g., government visits, bank appointments, and document submissions).
Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
