Position Overview
Amer Al Ghurair is seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Lawyer (UAE National) to join our team in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
The ideal candidate must be a UAE National (Emirati) with a strong understanding of UAE laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will provide legal counsel, draft and review legal documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the business across a wide range of corporate legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and risk assessments.
- Represent the company’s legal interests when necessary.
- Advise management on legal and regulatory developments affecting the business.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive legal matters.
Qualifications
- UAE National (Emirati) is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- A valid UAE legal practicing license is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
