Qualifications

• Strong grasp of Leases and Lease Administration processes
• Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends and enhance leasing strategies
• Experience in Property Management and Resident Retention
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for tenant engagement and negotiations
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks
• Previous experience as a Leasing Manager or in a similar role is advantageous
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and best practice

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of residential and commercial leasing activities.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, and investors.
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare leasing reports and performance analyses for management.
• Lead, motivate, and support the leasing team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Leasing Manager position within the UAE real estate market.
• Strong understanding of leasing procedures, property regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to achieve leasing targets and drive business growth.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
