Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies that align with the firm’s business objectives, ensuring all legal practices support our growth and compliance goals.

Oversee the management of legal risks by conducting thorough assessments and providing actionable recommendations to mitigate potential issues.

Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms while protecting the firm’s interests and fostering strong partnerships.

Provide expert legal advice to senior management on a wide range of issues, including regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.

Manage and mentor a team of legal professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the department.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal implications of business decisions, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
