Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support compliance reviews across key business functions.
The role focuses on analyzing end-to-end processes within SAP, ensuring alignment with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct functional reviews across Supply Chain, Finance, HR & Payroll, Commercial, and Cost Control
- Investigate compliance issues, irregularities, and violations
- Communicate findings and ensure implementation of corrective actions
- Maintain tracking tools to ensure complete audit trails
- Recommend process improvements based on compliance reviews
- Ensure proper documentation and record management
- Monitor compliance performance through monthly scorecards
- Support compliance training initiatives
- Review policies and recommend improvements to address compliance gaps
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in compliance, risk, or audit
- Strong knowledge across:
- Supply Chain, Procurement, and Vendor Management
- Finance, Accounting, and Cost Control processes
- HR & Payroll compliance
- Experience with SAP (ERP systems) is mandatory
- Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- GCC experience is an advantage
Education
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
