Legal Counsel - Softeon

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school;

A minimum of 3 years of commercial transactional experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department;

Licensed and in good standing to practice law in one or more states;

Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts;

Strong attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment;

Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment to make real time decisions in ambiguous situations;

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication, and organizational skills;

Interest in being a legal generalist;

A "roll-up your sleeves" attitude -- no project is too big or too small for you.

Experience as an in-house attorney, preferably for a technology company;

Experience drafting and negotiating software/cloud/SaaS agreements;

Experience handling disputes without the assistance of outside counsel;

Salary Range: $125,000 to $150,000 annually + bonus
