Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Legal Counsel specialising in Commercial Law** with a strong **UK legal education and professional background** to join our team.

Requirements

  • UK law degree and/or UK-qualified lawyer (preferred).
  • Strong expertise in commercial law and contract matters.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • In-house legal experience or experience with a reputable law firm preferred.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and business legal matters.
  • Candidates with UAE and international commercial law experience are highly preferred.
