About This Role
Overview
We are hiring a Legal Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and coordinate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide legal and administrative support to different departments within the company.
- Assist in developing and updating internal legal policies, procedures, and circulars.
- Coordinate with external law firms and legal representatives when required.
- Monitor legal compliance and assist in minimizing potential legal risks.
- Manage and follow up on legal cases and company legal matters.
- Support the preparation and handling of company cases before courts and judicial authorities when required.
- Assist in improving legal workflow efficiency and contract review timelines.
- Provide legal coordination and support to subsidiary companies within the group.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in corporate legal work and contract coordination.
- Experience in litigation support and legal case follow-up is preferred.
- Strong drafting and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Good understanding of Saudi regulations and corporate governance practices.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
