Al-Tamimi & Al-Shammari Law Firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our growing team in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
- Draft, review, and amend contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Assist in preparing legal opinions and consultations
- Support litigation and dispute-related matters, including case follow-up and legal documentation
- Review regulatory requirements and support compliance-related matters
- Prepare legal correspondence, notices, and official letters
- Assist in reviewing policies, governance documents, and corporate records
- Participate in client meetings and support legal case assessments
- Support the legal team in day-to-day legal operations and administrative matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant legal experience
- Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
