Overview
We are hiring a Part-Time Legal Counsel / Lawyer for a leading financial services/fintech organization.
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi
📄 Contract Type: Part-Time \| 3-Month Renewable Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and service agreements
- Provide legal support on regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance matters
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and contractual obligations
- Support legal documentation related to financial services, fintech, procurement, and operational activities
- Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies where required
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Preferred Background
- Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, exchanges, payments, or regulated entities
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and regulatory/legal frameworks
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent drafting and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience supporting regulated financial institutions preferred
