  • Support legal matter intake, document preparation, correspondence, filing, execution, tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and update constitutional documents, resolutions, notices, declarations, NOCs, and other routine corporate documents.
  • Maintain corporate records and registers, including incorporation documents, licenses, registrations, shareholder records, resolutions, and powers of attorney.
  • Coordinate notarization, attestation, legalization, translation, document execution, and electronic signatures.
  • Support incorporations, amendments, share transfers, branch registrations, liquidations, company secretarial administration, and corporate action renewals.
  • Prepare standard legal documents and provide approved records for KYC, banking, tender, and due diligence requests.
  • Conduct basic legal and corporate research, maintain legal templates and trackers, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Comply with HSE and information security policies, protect confidential information, and report security incidents when required.

Qualifications and experience

  • A bachelor's degree in law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification is preferred; a lawyer qualification is not required.
  • A paralegal, legal administration, or company secretarial qualification is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience in paralegal, legal administration, corporate secretarial, or legal support work is required.
  • Experience preparing and managing corporate documents, powers of attorney, resolutions, and related records is required.
  • UAE corporate administration experience, including notarization, attestation, and government or free-zone processes, is strongly preferred.
  • Multi-entity organization and corporate register experience is advantageous; familiarity with ADGM, UAE mainland/free-zone, and GCC corporate requirements is preferred.

Competencies

  • Excellent English communication skills are required; Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • Strong legal drafting, document management, research, and analytical capabilities.
  • Attention to detail, organization, deadline management, issue escalation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to use legal technology, document management platforms, and AI tools responsibly.
