About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to support our legal team in delivering high-quality services to a diverse client base.
The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in document handling, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and French due to client and documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers and legal consultants
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Translate legal documents and communications between Arabic, French, and English as needed
- Manage case files, legal records, and document filing systems (physical and digital)
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and external parties
- Assist with court filings, notarization, and document submissions
- Conduct basic legal research and compile case-related information
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role (preferably in a law firm)
- **Fluency in Arabic and French (spoken and written) is required**

- Strong command of English is highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with UAE courts or government authorities
- Familiarity with legal procedures in the UAE (mainland and/or free zones)
- Experience with legal CRM or case management systems
