The Role

As a Legal Assistant at Des Advocacia, you won't just be filing papers; you will be the engine room of our legal operations. You will support our attorneys in delivering world-class legal counsel to a diverse portfolio of international and local clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital case files with meticulous precision.
• Drafting & Documentation: Assist in preparing legal briefs, contracts, and correspondence.
• Research: Conduct thorough legal research and summarize findings on various Qatar laws and regulations.
• Client Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage court calendars, schedule hearings, and handle filing procedures with Qatari authorities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a legal support role (experience in Qatar or the Middle East is a significant plus).
• Language: Full professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Arabic or Portuguese is highly advantageous given our firm's profile.
• Skills: Exceptional writing skills and mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mindset: A "no task too small" attitude combined with the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Location: Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
