Naseej website: https://www.naseej.com/ Job Summary: Responsible for providing legal advisory support, ensuring company-wide compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and supporting corporate governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda to safeguard company interests.
• Provide legal advice to internal departments to support informed decision-making and mitigate legal risks.
• Monitor company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory instructions.
• Develop and update governance and compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory disclosures and announcements.
• Maintain compliance and legal risk registers.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries.
• Manage legal cases with external legal counsel.
• Support Board and committee activities.
• Monitor conflicts of interest disclosures.
• Deliver compliance and governance training.
• Strengthen internal control and risk management frameworks.
• Prepare governance and compliance reports.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• 2-4 years in legal, compliance, or governance roles.
• MUST have Certifications: GRC Certification, IFSAH Certificate.
• Must be very good in English (B2 at least).
