Monitor company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory instructions.

Develop and update governance and compliance policies and procedures.

Monitor regulatory disclosures and announcements.

Maintain compliance and legal risk registers.

Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries.

Manage legal cases with external legal counsel.

Support Board and committee activities.

Monitor conflicts of interest disclosures.

Deliver compliance and governance training.
-
Strengthen internal control and risk management frameworks.

Prepare governance and compliance reports.
