Job Summary
Responsible for providing legal advisory support, ensuring company-wide compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and supporting corporate governance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda to safeguard company interests.
- Provide legal advice to internal departments to support informed decision-making and mitigate legal risks.
- Monitor company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory instructions.
- Develop and update governance and compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor regulatory disclosures and announcements.
- Maintain compliance and legal risk registers.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries.
- Manage legal cases with external legal counsel.
- Support Board and committee activities.
- Monitor conflicts of interest disclosures.
- Deliver compliance and governance training.
- Strengthen internal control and risk management frameworks.
- Prepare governance and compliance reports.
**Requirements****:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- 2-4 years in legal, compliance, or governance roles.
- MUST have Certifications: GRC Certification, IFSAH Certificate.
- Must be very good in English (B2 at least).
