We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Advisor with strong knowledge of Qatari laws and regulations, particularly within the financial services sector.The successful candidate will primarily serve as a trusted legal advisor while also contributing to strategic client relationships and business growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on Qatari laws, regulations, and corporate matters.
Advise on financial services regulations, compliance requirements, and regulatory developments.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Support licensing, regulatory approvals, and interactions with relevant authorities.
Identify legal and regulatory risks and recommend practical solutions.
Ensure the organization's activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Support clients and management on complex legal and commercial issues.
Assist with business development activities by participating in client meetings and building professional relationships.
