Job Summary

Misdaqia Technologies is seeking an experienced and hands-on LED Installation Lead to manage and execute indoor and outdoor LED display installations across the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with customers and project managers, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within company standards.

Project Installation & Execution

  • Installation, commissioning, and testing of LED display systems, including indoor, outdoor, fixed, rental, and digital signage solutions.
  • Interpret technical drawings, installation plans, and wiring diagrams.
  • Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and configuration of LED display modules and cabinets.
  • Coordinate site activities to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Conduct site surveys and provide installation recommendations.

Technical Support & Commissioning

  • Perform LED Installation, screen configuration, troubleshooting, and system testing.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and power-related issues.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and technical support teams when required.
  • Support preventive maintenance and service activities.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE policies.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices.
  • Verify proper use of PPE and work-at-height safety procedures.
  • Report site incidents, hazards, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field.
  • Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in LED display installation and commissioning.
  • Experience with major LED brands such as Samsung, Unilumin, Absen, Dhua Hikvision, or equivalent.
  • Experience managing installation teams and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of indoor and outdoor LED display systems.

Technical Skills

  • LED display installation and calibration.
  • Power and data cabling.
  • Novastar, Colorlight, Brompton, or similar control systems.
  • Basic networking and system integration.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
  • Troubleshooting of LED display hardware and software issues.
