About the Role
The institute is seeking a student-focused Lecturer with expertise in Business Management, Hospitality & Tourism, or Computer Science/IT.
The role includes teaching, assessment, academic preparation, and student support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging teaching aligned with programme learning outcomes.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom activities.
- Assess student work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Provide academic guidance and support student progress.
- Maintain academic records and update the learning management system.
- Contribute to programme quality, student engagement, and academic activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in the relevant teaching discipline.
- Relevant teaching experience in higher education, vocational education, or professional training.
- Strong subject knowledge, classroom delivery, and assessment skills.
- Good written and spoken English with a supportive approach to students.
- Ability to use an LMS and common digital teaching tools.
- UAE teaching experience and experience with OTHM or similar awarding organisations are advantages.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
