About the role
The role grows education and training programmes in the UAE through partnerships, outreach, and student recruitment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business and student recruitment opportunities in the UAE.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, companies, education consultants, and community partners.
- Plan and deliver outreach activities, presentations, and recruitment events.
- Lead local admissions activity and supervise the admissions team.
- Work with marketing partners to generate leads and improve conversion.
- Develop corporate relationships supporting programme growth and student career opportunities.
- Manage the business development pipeline and report against admissions and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to supervise a team, manage opportunities, and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Good written and spoken English; UAE market experience is preferred.
- Experience in education, training, or student recruitment is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Workplace and schedule
- The position is full-time.
- Work is performed in person in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
