Once you complete 15–20 rental deals, you will transition into the Sales Department, where earning potential is significantly higher.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property listings (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)

• Handle tenant inquiries and conduct property viewings

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants

• Negotiate rental terms and close leasing deals

• Prepare tenancy contracts and related documentation

• Stay updated on Dubai rental market trends

• Background in sales, hospitality, or real estate is a plus

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Highly motivated and target-driven

• Organized and professional

• Valid UAE driving license & car is preferred

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
