Role overview

Leasing and client responsibilities

• Call landlords and prospective tenants daily to generate and qualify leads, source rental properties, and build landlord relationships.
• Verify property details, availability, pricing, and landlord approval before advertising units.
• Respond to portal, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries; conduct viewings and present units professionally.
• Negotiate rental terms, close tenancy contracts, and prepare contracts and Ejari / Tawtheeq submissions.
• Assist tenants with water and electricity account registration, activation, and transfers, including documentation and follow-up.
• Record leads, calls, viewings, and deal updates in the CRM; maintain complete client and unit files.
• Follow up on renewals, rent collection matters, and tenant requests.
• Monitor rental prices, availability, and market trends in assigned areas.
• Photograph and film units and viewings, and provide the content to Marketing for posting.
• Meet agreed targets for qualified leads, viewings, and completed leases; maintain confidentiality and disclose fees and tenancy conditions.

Requirements

• Previous real estate leasing experience with proven achievements and results is mandatory.
• A valid UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Comfort with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and appointments, work independently, and operate with minimal supervision.

Compensation

• The posting lists pay of AED 3,000–4,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
