Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees and resolve issues within agreed response times.
• Support and administer Zoho, Odoo, and Bitrix24, including user and permission setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Manage employee accounts, email, and access rights, including account creation and deactivation during onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain computers, printers, networks, internet, phones, and communication systems.
• Perform data backups, monitor information security, and protect client and company data.
• Track and document IT assets, licenses, and technology subscriptions.
• Coordinate with internet, telecom, and systems vendors and service providers.
• Train staff on system use and prepare regular incident and request reports.
• Comply with company policies and data confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• At least four years of IT support experience; real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho, Odoo, and Bitrix24 administration and support.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN networking fundamentals.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL certifications are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is listed as a qualification; both languages are also marked preferred in the application details.

Compensation

• Monthly salary of AED 4,000–5,000, depending on experience.
