SBK Real Estate seeks a motivated Leasing Executive to manage leasing activities for residential and commercial properties.
The role offers a high-commission structure and significant earning potential for top performers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage portfolio property leasing, conduct showings, inform prospective tenants, and close agreements.
- Research rental rates, property values, and trends; recommend leasing-strategy adjustments.
- Develop tenant-attraction marketing using online listings, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Negotiate terms, review and finalize contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain tenant and lease records, payment schedules, and reports on leasing performance and occupancy.
- Work with property management, maintenance, and other departments to support operations and tenant experience.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of leasing or real estate experience; UAE-market experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–4,000 per month.
