The employer is seeking candidates for a Leasing Executive position with an office in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Market properties and screen prospective tenants; negotiate and document lease agreements.
- Build tenant relationships, conduct property tours, and manage lease renewals and rent collection.
- Support lease compliance, minimize vacancies, and optimize occupancy and rental income.
- Stay current on local property laws and collaborate with the team, providing guidance and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property leasing, real estate, or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; excellent organization and time management.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay and employment
- Full-time position paying AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
