Overview
- Coordinate all leasing activities, including handling property inquiries, scheduling viewings, and assisting prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, clients, and property owners through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to ensure excellent customer service and smooth coordination.
- Prepare, review, and manage leasing documents, tenancy contracts, agreements, and related paperwork while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain updated property records, tenant databases, leasing files, and regular leasing reports for management review.
- Arrange and coordinate property viewings for commercial properties, labor camps, warehouses, shops, and other real estate units, while conducting timely follow-ups with interested clients.
- Assist in negotiating lease terms and supporting the leasing team in closing rental agreements efficiently.
- Monitor property availability, renewals, and vacancy status to ensure smooth leasing operations and maximum occupancy.
- Coordinate with internal departments, maintenance teams, and management regarding tenant requirements and property-related matters.
- Handle day-to-day leasing operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the real estate department.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and clients to support long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
